President Chris Hammersley

On 5 July 2022, at the beginning of the new Rotary year, outgoing president Tony Hughes handed over the chain of office to Chris Hammersley.

President Chris then presented Senior Vice President Chris Coleman and Junior Vice President Geoffrey Bullen who will assist him during his presidential year.

Chris Hammersley is already well-known to the Forest as the Race Director for the Forest of Dean Spring Half Marathon, also organized by the Rotary Club of the Royal Forest of Dean.

The club thanked Tony Hughes for his great contributions to the Club during the transition out of Covid restrictions and presented him with a past president's jewel as a token of esteem.
